Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT)
Our Highly Accelerated Life Test (HALT) chamber is designed to rapidly stress test product reliability during the engineering development process. The chamber achieves high-ramp cooling rates of Greater than 70°C/min through the evaporation of liquid nitrogen and can sustain temperatures of -100°C to + 200°C. Additionally, our chamber is capable of six degree of freedom random vibration. Our HALT chamber pushes your equipment to an environmental stress level significantly beyond what will be seen in routine use by consumers. Our HALT chamber utilizes temperature cycling, cold/hot step, random stepped vibration, power margining and power cycling in an incremental fashion in order to accelerate the identification of potential limiting failures.
