Global EMC Labs have implemented and follow the International Standard ISO/IEC 17025 (General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories) requirements that incorporate procedures to maintain client confidentiality and security. Global monitors and ensures client confidentiality with staff and sub-contractors and welcomes clients to present their own non-disclosure agreements for us to complete if this eases their confidentiality concerns.

Global regularly reviews and upgrades confidentiality procedures as part of its ongoing quality control commitment, ensuring continued integrity throughout the product certification / verification spectrum. Global's confidentiality procedures are an essential part of our ongoing A2LA and ISO accreditation for both EMC and product safety teams.
